During the guided brief museum tour, transparent works from the collection will be examined. Every participant in the workshop designs Istanbul from the beginning and creates a new surface by the help of various materials.

After the guided 30 min brief museum tour, the study arranged with a set of diffuculty levels to suit different age groups will be followed. Setting off from Daniel Canogar’s work, tellecommunication wires and formable foam will be used to create an abstract statue.

During the guided brief museum tour in which drama plays a role from time to time, works of Devrim Erbil and Bedri Baykam from the collection will be observed. Returning to the workshop, a large paper will be painted with paints chosen from the paint station while music is playing. This large study made together will be shared in a decided manner. Every children will be made sure to have a piece of abstract painting.

After a brief museum tour, the relationship between textile and art is questioned. The workshop in which paper, fabric and paint are used, will be divided into individual spaces for the participants to show their creativity. At the end of this entertaining workshop, every participant will complete a two dimensional textile collage.

Following the direction of contemporary art we are making sketches and colorful portraits of family members.

After the 30 min. guided brief museum tour based on examining, we will proceed with the workshop. Setting off from Daniel Canogar’s works from the collection, foam and similar materials will be shaped by a uniquely designed machine. This abstract statue making is a workshop full of cutting and bending where skills such as forming and buildig are improved.

The workshop begins after a 30 min guided tour. The philosophy of David Ryan’s work, the material used, the colour choice, shapes formed and its content are examined. With the soft and easily cut eva material, a relief effect is created with this fun collage study.

The workshop begins after the 30 min. museum tour for children. A postman drama is followed by use of pastels in a different technique in this two dimensional fun art study.

After the guided 30 min brief museum tour, the study arranged with a set of diffuculty levels to suit different age groups will be followed. Telecommunication wires, pipe cleaners, toy engines, cables and various three dimensional materials will be used to improve skills such as mechanical forming and building. This study is entertaining in creating abstract mobile statues in spite of the immobility of statue making.

During the 30 min. guided tour, art pieces that will be referenced in the workshop are observed. Setting off from Jim Dine’s print works, basic materials such as a table are used to form fun and contemporary print works.

During the guided brief museum tour, transparent pieces from the collection are observed. Every participant chooses one of Istanbul’s many architectural characteristics. With the chosen structure every participant designs Istanbul using a new surface, material and pen in this special workshop.

Austrian artist Brigitte Kowanz’s light based sculptures and site spesific installations are observed in a 30 min. museum tour. Moving on to the workshop, every participant makes individual designs as if an artist in this ‘Cut a Long Story Short’ themed entertaining sculpture study.
